The mission of Antisemitism Litigation Law Services is to track, follow and disseminate litigation against antisemitism on college and other university campuses throughout the United States. By tracking the status of such cases, and providing a public database of relevant cases and informative summaries of such matters, we hope to raise awareness and bring about accountability. We also do much more.
Such endeavors emphasized, our mission further includes compiling results of filings made in Title VI complaints of national origin discrimination relating to discrimination on the basis of Jewish ethnicity at universities, submitting comments with respect to such matters before government agencies, and alerting the public to developments on the cases. Further, we invite participation in our mission by encouraging users, including students, former or present professors, legal practitioners, the press, public interest groups and others to submit notices of new cases, updates as to existing litigation or other actions that either reference topics of antisemitism litigation, Title VI case activity or correlating subjects. Accordingly, we strive to continually provide educational materials and legal news alerts for those that wish to know what is going on in regards to antisemitism litigation, especially on U.S. university campuses.
Our mission here is to serve as a central repository and facilitator. Interestingly, our mission and goals are overseen by, participated in and managed by a team of law clerks, research legal assistants and attorneys. Our goal is to provide access to all of our endeavors free of charge. Therefore, we invite you to assist in fighting antisemitism in the academy.
